So ya me and some friends went to this club. I had the most people skills out of the group which is sad. So we get to the club around 1030 no one was dancing and you could tell the girls were checking out the guys in the crowd. My and my friends just sat around waiting for stuff to start happening and I noticed girls were checking me out but I didn't have the balls to go up to them and talk to them (keep in mind I'm 18 and a spohmore in college). So as the night porgressed and things started happening me and my friends "attempted" to dance. Attempted as my friends stood there and I tired to get a couple girls to dance with me, but what can i say I'm a lame dancer. So ya thats basicly how the night went on, girls check me out, I attempt to dance, they move on. I think my problem is I care to much about making an a$$ out of myself. Theres been times where I had a good buzz on and could talk to girls with no problem. But getting the buzz on in a club is kinda hard being under 21 (Note I'm not a crazy stupid party kid). So basicly I've come to the conclusion I suck with meeting girls. I can shoot the breeze with random guys I don't know (not gay) but I can't with a girl. All my HS GFs I knew for awhile and knew they liked me before I asked them out. I can't rely on HS to friend me a girl anymore. So you guys have any advice on how to talk to/meet girls easier????

haha man, don't feel bad. You just gotta get over it. Realize the worst that can happen is they say no. And don't try to hard. Relationships are overratted anyways, too much stress. I'm in one now (don't know how it's latest so long). Just chill with your friends and concentrate on your car. Don't act interested and they will flock.

dont let yourself get intimidated. if the girl is checking you out let her come to you. id say 80% of the time she will come to you if she really wants to talk to you. as far as dancing goes.. well its no secret that white guys are not exactly the greatest dancers. hell i break out the running man and mc hammer it from time to time.(keep in mind i am engaged tho, so i dont care if anyone is watching) just go out there and do it and have fun(if you can make a girl at least laugh.. youre already half way in anyways the rest is just substance and personality). learning to dance well isnt something that just happens overnite.

That was my game plan going into it, but its hard to watch the same girls checking you out checking other guys at the same. The problem last night was there were more guys than girls. Oh well I'll figure it out sooner or later.

the way i do it is just go up to them and say hi im robert, thats the hardest part!

The rest just flows, i realize its pretty hard to go up to a fine girl maybe even intimidating but i see it as a price thats why i got for it. :D

What club was this? The Pub or something? But yeah man, clubs around here are sh#ty. Confidence is key though, chicks are turned off right away if they sense a guy is nervous. Try a pool hall or something (Fiddlesticks or Fox'n'Hound')like that where you can talk and actually hear each other without having to shout.

girls are easy, from day 1 till their last day. They all fall for the same cheesy lines and any guy can get any girl.

Girls like guys with confidence, though no one really does, you just act as you do. And girls fall for it every time.
