that will last a life time!! ..an engagement ring for my much deserving girlfriend.. 1.4 CT marquis set in a platinum band..she's gonna LOVE it..its being made as i speak..or type..whatever..as soon as i pick it up i'll work up some great way to pop the question [img]smile.gif[/img]

ok..so just in conversation i found out the she does not like the marquis shape at all..i almost sh*t myself when i heard that!..but remained cool..she has no idea i got anything at all..so i went back to the store..it came down to a choice of 2 rings..the other one just happend to be her favorite cut..the princess cut (square) .. .75 CT center stone with smaller princess cut stones along the band..set in platinum..all stones tentsion set.. 1.75 CT total weight..i just happened to get these on sale..so i wont go in to what i spent hehe ;) ..but i asked the regular retail..on both rings..$5600 each! [img]graemlins/naughty.gif[/img] ..coooool..anyways..if her favorite is the princess cut..she is gonna be AMAZED with this..i cant wait!! [img]smile.gif[/img]

its actually 3 stones.. 1.4 CT total weight..which i still couldnt pass up..the center stone is almost 1 CT itself..i forget what size the little side ones were..i'll get a pic when it comes in [img]smile.gif[/img]

^ hahaha..cant imagine it any better ;) ..anyways..we've been living and going together for about a year now..we met when she just responded to an ad about a roomie for my place..she came over..i showed her around and everything..she liked the place..moved in..one thing led to another..it was a pretty awesome way to meet..we've talked about it and stuff..so i know what her answer will be..i just cant even wait for her to see it!
