When is bedtime?

I am a senior in college, and I feel like I live with my grandparents. Every night, all 3 of my roomates go to bed a 10pm sharp. If they have to get up before 8AM, they go to bed at 9pm sharp.

I am so tired of this crap. I thought college was supposed to be fun, but I live with the lamest guys ever. THey all think they are going to be naval officers and fighter pilots too. I am willing to bet that naval officers get less than 10 hours of sleep every night. I bet they get much, much less.

I can't go to bed before midnight. I just lay there bored. When does eveyone else in the world go to bed? how much sleep do they get? Is everyone as lazy as my so called "friends"?

i go to sleep like around 1 or 2 am on weekdays and on fridays and staurdays i go to sleep like at 6 or 7 am.

I've stayed up till 5am and I had to get up at 7am to go to work.. Normally when I have to work on the weekends I normally go to bed around 4-5am and I get around 4-5 hours of sleep before I go into work.. During the week I got to bed between 11pm-3am..

i work the night shift 6p - 6a and i sleep from like 8a - i feel like it

I go to sleep (usually) sometime between 9-11:59 AM & wake up for work @ 5:30PM IST (Iraqi Standard Time)

Subtract 8hrs for EST people.

i have some kind of sleep problem. no matter HOW tired i am, i can't sleep until about 3-4am. i could lay down in a silent and completely dark room at 9pm and be exhausted, but i won't be able to fall asleep. i might drift off a little but i'll wake up again and a again. since it's summer and i don't have a job, i go to bed around 3-4am and sleep until whenever i wake up. usually around noon. once school starts, i'll be going to bed around 2-3am and waking up at 6am.

When I was a senior in college I went to bed by 11pm every night. My classes were very difficult by that point and my roomates and I partied it up on weekends only. The late night parties every night of the week ended by my second year of college! :(

Now, I try to go to bed around 10pm, but I can never fall asleep, so I end up tossing and turning til around midnight and get up at 6am for work.

i read about this huge study involving over 100,000 people and lasting 20 years saying the number of hours people need of sleep per night. According to the study.. cutting back sleep hours significantly lowers the longevity of one's life.. 5 hours a night knocks off like 10 years.. but it's as bad as 10 hours a night... it sux.. can't find the article though

some nights i get 3 hours of sleep and some i get 10... does that even out to being good? lol

weeknights, usually in bed around 1-2 AM, i wake up for work most days around 6-7 AM. weeknights or weekends wheni don't have to work, i'm up til 3-4 AM and wake up around 12-1 PM.
