What is really going on with this site?? I mean every day there are like 5 threads a day about V8 swaps and people making threads about wishing they had a V8 fbody.
Is it REALLY that bad that most of us on here don't have V8 models? Some of the things I have heard on this site have really turned me off to it, to the point where I don't even post anymore.
There is nothing wrong with these cars with the V6 motor. Lots of parts are available and they are getting cheaper every day.
To make my point, look at the performance options 2 years ago, when Procharger kits weren't available and neither were any of the turbo kits, at least not readily: thus off the shelf.
I knew what the V6 wasn't nearly as powerful as the LT1 or LS1 and I didn't care then and I don't care now. I bought the car I wanted. And with basic bolt ons like full exhaust, intake, and computer tuning, you can have a quick and fast 3.8 liter.
Of course fast is realtive to the person modifying the car, but let's be realistic. 250-300 hp is more than enough in daily driving.\
This is the only real V6 board SPECIFICALLY for us sixers. F U C K fbody.com I think it's time we put our money in these cars and start making real numbers
