i weigh about 155lbs and currently max 220lbs... can't wait til i can get two plates (225lbs), shouldnt be too long, but i dont go up very fast on bench, legs are my stronger area...
Im 165lb, and my max of 2 reps are:
225 flat
205 inclined
235 declined
This talk is meaningless anyway because I have seen dudes benching a lot more just cause they don't know what the heck they are doing... like dropping the weight and bouncing it off their chest to use the momentum, and lifting their asses off the bench. It's ridiculous.

Everyone but 2 people benches over 200lbs!
And those 2 ppl weigh less that most women do!
Benching over 200 isnt a difficult thing to obtain...its just a matter of getting good a bench.
Someone can have all the strength in the world but zero form and really suck it up at bench...practice is a big key...getting the right line and such and the right push.

I agree...some people go down about 2 inches and then say they just got a new max.
It's ugly how some people press.
