Does anyone know where the coolant drain plugs are on a 3.4????

For the love of God I have searched CZ28 and FBV6 and I cannot find a damn thing about how to drain your 3.4 engine block.

Where are the drain plugs to drain your coolant from a 3.4? I need an answer quick!

Quick, get a Holy Book Haynes, or at least peruse it at the parts store. It does show where they are at, failing that, check out the 2.8/3.1 drain locations. Still failing that, remove lower rad hose & tilt engine forward, collecting all coolant of course ;)

If still no joy, search/look in the v6 forum of thirdgen.org


they might also be some pipe plugs just above the erl pan, & below the freeze plugs.

The coolant drain plug is at the bottom of the radiator, on the passenger side. You will want to use a Prestone coolant flush kit to flush the whole engine.
