I've been ravenously reading car magazines for the last few months and I've noticed that a lot of them (like Road & Track) say that a car has, for instance, 320 bhp instead of 320 hp. What does the "b" stand for?
Also, what gives with the different test times? I saw one car (a Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart) that, depending on which mag you read, could run anywhere from a 15.0 to a 15.7 in the 1/4. That's a huge difference!
1968 Camaro SS 509 BB M4
1970 Mustang Mach 1 351W M4
1985 Mustang GT 302 M5
Me: Scratch your chin for me.
Jepe: $@&% you
dstrbdv6: if you live past forty i\'ll start going to church again
It also varies (the track times) on elevation. Some do their testing up north others out west some down in the dirty south near the coast..That changes times quite a bit!
Mustangs.. Come to the darkside...

The dark side is the path to the shadow of greed. =D

I think it's how much horsepower the engine makes before the brakes are overpowered, but then I didn't research before posting
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
