Stop locking every other thread in general tech. Just chill out and unless the topic is way off-topic and belongs in different section, move it there, but chill out on locking and deleting threads. I've been watching you do that for quite a while, I think it's time to point this out.

Search feature is nice, of course, however, same subject might have subtitle differences, which might require another discussion.

Ka50 does have a point. I was wondering why the thread was locked. I was helping out a nooB in the thread and I did refer him to the modifications encyclopedia for more info. We should give NooBies a little leway and a helpful hand. I know an explanation is not warrented, but it would be nice when a thread is locked.

If anything, more posts should be locked. Starting with this one.

Well, once you said to search the database, that really was all that was needed. No more posts were necessary.

he was also asking BllDogg a question if grounding kit for the engine is helpful?
pulleys and cams? cost effective, worth the time/money? CAI benefits?
When I was a nooB i asked the same questions. Found a lot of good info from both members and the mod link.
I was just returning the favor.

Well, there is nothing wrong with what you did.

Maybe navyblue is a little edgy. Might of had a rough week or something.

I am sure he has a good reason to lock the thread. Just would have liked to know why
I sent him an e-mail

Well, let's see.
For CAI we have the intake and exhaust forum.
Cost effective? you cannot tell me you can't get that from doing a search.

I would not have locked the post if it had seemed like he had done the LEAST bit of research before he started posting. Is that too much to ask?

Give me a break.

I think that section is very well moderated. Kudos! I am an admin on our local board, and if anyone can respect a good moderator, I can. Keep it up fella's.

If you have a problem with a moderator you need to e-mail someone about it. Whether it's the moderator in question or an administrator, just e-mail someone. The lounge is nobodies personal outlet and we do not tolerate these kind of junk posts.
