And this thing PASSED the odometer test?

Your Vehicle Checks Out! For this 1998 Chevrolet Truck Tahoe LS/LT(1GNEK13R5WJ353232)no indication of an odometer rollback or tampering was found. We determine odometer rollbacks by searching for records that indicate odometer reading that are less than a previously reported value. Other odometer events can report events of tampering, or possible odometer breakage.

Now why do you always see the worst in people? Maybe he didn't roll back the odometer.

Maybe he was out in the middle of the desert and his 1st gear went out on him. He had to drive 205 miles in reverse to get to the nearest garage....

Yeah..... I don't believe it either.

Look at the dates- most of them are in groups. Maybe the dmv submitted the readings more than once?

              Yeah what he said....

I wouldn't worry about a 200 mile difference within a month or 2 when the DMV is doing all the title work. That so easily could have been a typo or a case of "couldn't read the handwriting"

If someone would take the trouble to roll back the odometer they would 1, take off more than 200 miles, or take off just enough that it would'nt be obvious.

                Its likely a reporting error.
