I mostly play Halo 2 online if anyone wants a good game add me on I will be on again on Sunday and you can join up on our games we usually have 4 or more going on at a time using my router and its pretty bad ***.
but I also will get online with Mechassualt and its pretty cool.

ps2 online is free... and dont give me the crap about better graphics because it isnt a big enough difference to spend $80 a year and $100 for the system on. :D
the online features on Xbox live are substantially better than ps2.. and is free when you buy certain games. First off you can talk and listen to other people while playing, record messages, download content.. the graphics ARE better. I mean, if you're playing a team game, how are you going to talk to your team? There's no lag considering everyone is on broadband. And alot of games, especially Halo 2, offers a ridiculous amount of stats that nothing on PS2 offers. THose are just for starters. BTW at MOST it's 49 a year. But they have packs for the headset, a free game and a year pass for 60. I bought halo 2 and got 3 months free onlive. I got a 2 month free coupon for getting Halo 2. My live has been free!

i would hate to talk/listen to 4+ other people and have my ps2 sending and receiving information about my characters current position and equipment as well as the other players, all while on a 56k connection.
