I went and got one of these tonight because they looked damn big on TV.. let me tell you..
BY FAR the BIGGEST burger I have ever eaten! They aren't lying when they say its a pound of beef, the thing is effing huge. I can usally finish a burger and fries, but I just got the burger this time and I am stuffed...
I still think the double western tastes better, but this thing probably has twice as much meat as the double western.

If anybody can eat 2 of these in the same meal, I'd be shocked.. they'd probably take the biggest sh*t of their life after that.

The only thing I can say is I feel sorry for those people who don't have Carl Jr's near them. I know it's called something else on the east coast but I can't remember the name (big ol' yellow smiling star for an trademark)

if your ever around sacramento drop by a place called 'the squeeze inn'

its a little hole in the wall place, but that has the biggest, best tasting burgers you will ever have.

in and out has nothing on this place


btw this is directed @ batman. not any of you midwest/eastern people.....

Snuff, that plce reminds me of White Castle.. they used to be a big chain I think and went under, but we still have one in Tulare that is all ghetto but makes a decent sized burger.

We have a Sonic in Tulare.. (central cali)

all the alexandria (and NoVA) people here should know about Five Guys - routinely gets national recognition for excellent burgers. Nothing quite like a five guys burger w/ cheese, mushrooms, ketchup, lettuce tomato, and their fries are awesome.

I dont know if they get national recognition, but I know they've been voted the best burger in the NOVA area for 2 or 3 years straight.

i dont know bout you guys but man i love steak n shake. the burgers aint huge but my god they are good, not to mention the mocha shake fries and chili all kick major azz. Havent tried one of the 1lb burgers yet but as soon as i find a hardees i will. those places just arent around here anymore.

Five Guys is Amazing!! They opened one down at Va Tech too this past semester, I though I had died and gone to heaven. Got one back home and one at school now. Burgers and fries there are out of this world good [img]graemlins/rock.gif[/img]
