I'm packing for another trip (whee!).
I break out a new tube of tooth paste and toss the box in the bin in the bathroom. As I turn away, I notice the build up of garbage in there and I think to myself "When the hell is housekeeping going to get that?"
I take about 2 steps, then stop.... It hits me.... this is my damned apartment, I AM HOUSEKEEPING. [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img]

I feel your pain. Of my first 100 days worked this year, 81 were on the road. In February I opened a Trip Rewards account (like frequent fliers for hotels) with Super 8/Ramada's corporate parent. I get 10 points per dollar spent at one of their hotels. I now have about 40,000 points.

Yah, I've almost made status on 2 seperate airlines and 3 hotels this year...

man, when i got hit this past march, i had to go to the other insurances off in the rain just so he would look at my car. he told me if i didnt come, he doesnt know when he'll look at my car. what an *******

I took this job because it paid the bills in the meantime and because I thought it might help on my resume. You don't NEED a special degree, but I have a Bachelor's in Administration of Criminal Justice and most of the guys in my office also have BS's. Actually, almost all of us are single because smart wives wouldn't put up with this much travel. I'm lucky because my girlfriend of 3 years is still in college so it's long distance anyway. Either way we're not constantly around each other.
