A line lock helped me get the burnout down.

Of course... this isn't normal. ;)

OH CRAP!!! Isn't that the car that's supposed to be running 12.0's?!?!?!?! The guys at the shop were sure impressed by those numbers when are we gonna see a time slip? Geez, everything I've seen is 13's...

Anyway... here's a vid you might like to see..

whats the best line lock to get and how much is it?

i managed to leave a little rubber on the ground today, but i wasnt impressed. i was on a really narrow road lined with trees and telephone poles and the car started rotating a little, so i got scared and stopped. ill try it some day in a parking lot where i have more room

SLP line lock kit seems to be most common, comes with lines, instructions, and everything else you need to wire it up. Check ftpp. www.ftpp.net

yeah, im definately going to pick one up at some point.
last night i managed to lay a little bit of rubber in a movie theater parking lot.... wasnt too smart seeing as there are about 6 cop cars that patrol the lot and there were people EVERYWHERE. the smoke was just absurd i was in it for like 10 seconds maybe, and after going and parking my car inbetween 2 of my friends big SUVs, we watched the smoke for like 10-15 min.

only the driver side wheel spun though, is the linelock the only way to change that?

you are going to have to get a limited slip differential to take care of that. You, my friend have the infamous chevy one wheel peel (open differential).

all a line lock does is lock the front tires up, but with out you keeping your foot on the brake.

like gabe said, you have a open differentail. you can probally find a whole rear end on ebay, local junk yard, or even on here.
