My friend got me a wrestling game a couple years ago for x-mas. It was brand new still sealed from Walmart. I open it up to find a scratched up Fifa 98 or something soccer game and a NBA JAM for Sega Genisis instruction booklet. I was afraid they were not gonna believe me, but appearently it was the 3-4th time that month it had happend. When i took the game back the man looked over the receipt. He then went into this little locked cabinet. He took my book out of case and grabbed a new book with a cd in a white software package thing. I guess game manufacturers send a few extras out of the case just incase this happens.
