You will NOT convince that police officer that you were not racing and your car will be destroyed even though its your precious car and you spent lets say "thousands" and it gets destroyed .

You would be pissed and guess what you cant do anything cause its the LAW... ...doesnt seem fair does it??

I had friends get tickets cause the person next to them were racing....think about it.....punishment doesnt seem right
that doesnt make any sense. why would a cop pull both people over if you didnt race? this is all quite simple, if you take the chance to race, you take the chance of loosing your car or worse.

street racing is at lesat as dangerous as drunk driving. both show disregard for people's safety. just because you set up a race on an abandoned road in the middle of nowhere, doesnt mean someone isnt going to get hurt. the place where i used to go (long time ago) was an abandoned road near a truck park that barely ever had anyone on it. not too long ago, one of those trucks was pulling out and the kid got killed. its just like driving drunk and saying i only had a couple beers instead of saying i had 12 beers. its still irresponsible and you should still be held accountable. nothings going to change that.

NO WAY.
I'll be honest here, I've driven drunk before, and I know how easy it is to make a simple mistake and **** you world up. Slowed reaction times, being less alert... there is no way racing somebody to 60 or 70 (streets around here are 50 mph) is as dangerous as driving drunk. Yes, racing has a risk to it, but as I've been saying all along... the punishment doesn't fit the crime.

Do you ever speed? Have you ever changed lanes without signaling? Have you ever changed lanes multiple times in traffic to get ahead? Have you ever tailgated someone? Have you ever been in a fight? Have you ever seen a porno before you were 18? Have you ever had sex? Have you ever let your tread go past the wear bars? Have you ever J-walked? Have you ever used a product in a manner other then directed?

I guess if you speed, changed lanes without signaling, weaved in traffic, or tailgated we must destroy your car. You know, because speeding and wreckless driving kills people. I guess we need to cut your dick off if you have sex before marriage and watch pornos, because you know, that's illegal as well. If you J-walk, we better cut off your legs, because Jwalking can cause an accident.
