So I get pulled over in the Supra today....

So Im on my way home from work and Im goin down a residential road and im doing liek 33-35ish in a 30 and then I hear my radar start going nuts and I look in rear view and its a Po Po and then he flips lights on and I pull over......and he asks "You know why I pulled you over?" Im like "umm nope you tell me" andhe is liek "haha nah I just wanted to check out ur car....havent seen these around much and I think they are really nice" and we talked for like 3-5 minutes and then we were on our way....see some cops arent dickheads.

He didn't get arrested. And yes, they can pull you over for doing 2-3 mph over the limit anytime they want.

No, anytime you get pulled over, you are NOT under arrest. Nice try. There is a big difference between a traffic stop, being 'under arrest', and being 'taken into custody'.

I had a cop pull me over once, he said he wanted to hear my stereo cuz he had heard of my car from another cop... I was like ummmmm your just gonna give me a noise violation, and he was like nawww man...
i let him listen to it then he asked if I could put a stereo in his sons car and I said NO ;)
