Warning bad f-body parts dealer on ebay...

on ebay is a bad seller, I bought stuff, he never responded to any contact for 3 weeks I file paypal claim, he finally responds and ships parts but not all of them(a headliner, so not a little "whoops I forgot" part). I give bad feedback he gives retaliatory bad feedback

He has 6 negative feedbacks in his account in the last month.

Just a warning for those of you surfing ebay for f-body parts...

Unfortuneately when I made the deal he had no feedback. Now he has like 80%
