Rumors about the Return of the Grand National with a 3.6 turbo engine. Vette kicking it at 600hp to do battle with Viper and Ford Gt 40.

Camaro maybe delayed to 2008. It probably won't be an F-body anymore.

Buick using DOHC instead of OHC. Our beloved 3.8 will be phased out, I guess it gets replaced by a 240hp 3.9. :(

uhm. It wont be an F-Car anymore. Its going ZETA platform, shared with the next generation GTO. The ZETA platform will also be home to the new generation RWD Monte Carlo, Impala, and Grand Prix as well [img]smile.gif[/img]

Also expect the return of the Chevy Nomad ;) Besides, I already told everyone the 3.8 was on its way out -- GM is going back to using 60* V6 engines! [img]graemlins/bowdown.gif[/img] :D

I'm not sure why they have that date, but I do know that that section of the site was rewritten/redesigned/updated within the past few months. It used to look more like a tinmeline for each division of GM, and made no mention of alternate platforms that the Camaro might be built on

eh..by 2008 my car will be a decade old..new era..new cars..besides even if they never stopped making the f-bodies im sure they would've changed the design/engine by now..as long as they change it for the better im all good with it [img]smile.gif[/img]
