If you had to buy a car for under 30k and you can't mod it, it has to be stock. What would you buy? It can be used but it can have no mods and you can't mod it.

I'd take a used 2002 Firehawk M6 (formula based) with the upgraded suspension, chrome 5-spokes, and all the aysthetic/memorabilia options except for that funky rear hatch with the extra long brake light that they put on the late model hawks.
