last i saw it was 2.66 here, up about 15 cents since the day before.

I filled up a couple of days ago...i filled up today too..and I only put in $2.34...muhahahaha....the focus reigns supreme over the corvette!

my current plan is to drive no more than 10 miles per day, use my bike and legs when the car isn't totally necessary (which will be when it is not over 85 degrees every day...still 90s now), and to eat out less. That way I won't feel the gas price in my bank account. It'll be like I never got raped by the man!

Just turned to $3.03 for premium here. How have the race gas prices been doing? I need some 110 Cam II, but I haven't checked the price in a long time. Last year it was $2.73 for Cam II! (I only run Cam II in my strictly off-road drag car, not for on-road use)

Our's on the outskrits of Columbus went down, from $2.69 to $2.57???

I did have to wait in line though at 5:30 this morning while everyone and their brother was filling up.

philly is now at 2.70 i think if not more, and we will hit 3.00 by the end of the week.

i only drive my camaro to and from work. then one day on the weekends. i only get 11 miles a gallon. so i don't want to put out over $50 bucks a week. i only live 6 miles from work so it's not too bad. i need a beater.

Supposedly $3.09 here. Everybody took their numbers off the signs, so I'm not sure though.

yeah, it went up a bit.. how's 45-50 cents sound to ya.... and thats pretty much just today! people are going nuts! There are traffic jams on the interstate of people lined up for cheap gas stations at the off ramps!!!! yesterday, premium was 2.75-2.80 a gallon... today its pretty much universally at 3.30 and up... wow..

Points to ponder (yeah, hijacking thread):

Country runs on big trucks (semis).
Semis use deisel.
Deisel prices are going up.
Soon, it will be very expensive to run those trucks.
Some trucks might get too expensive to run.

It jumped up to about 2.99 for regular and 3.09 for premium in about a few hours today. The news showed a gas station selling regular for 5.07 a gallon(!) in downtown Atlanta. Talk about a gouge!

I just hope there is gasoline to buy after all this panic buying. Some stations are said to be running out.
