Seems nice. I didn't need anything crazy... just something more than regular speakers. My home system is 560 watt's off the top of my head? Birdie (back in the day) had a 1000 watt system I think?

I'm picking up a Sound Blaster Live 24 bit sound card tomorrow.

I didn't realize I needed one till I got home... we ALL know I'm not the smartest when it comes to computers. :D

I have my laptop hooked up to my home stereo system, a 150 watt JVC RX3 receiver with just the two front speakers and a giant KLH sub. I like it

i just have my stereo hooked up to my computer. it's an old aiwa system w/ pioneer speakers and a 60 watt aiwa sub. it sounds better than most computer systems i've heard, and thats only at 1/4 volume.

i'm thinking about getting this system . i think it should be satisfy my speaker needs. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I just hoooked up a nice set of Logitechs today!!

They're only 2.1 (due to my small office in the house) but it's got an 8" sub and it sounds amazing. I even have to turn the bass DOWN cuz I'm gettin so old my fragile ears can't handle it any more.

imy home pc go's into my reciver witch powers 5 speakers...
a center
2 towers with: tweater, 5 1/2, and one 15" in each tower for the front channles

2 towers with: tweater, 4 1/2, and one 12" per tower for the rear channles

now i just need a powered sub [img]smile.gif[/img]
