I DON"T suggest running it in your oil. I have heard some people say they ran into problems with it there. But I do suggest flushing the oil with a detergent, that they sell off the shelf, if you haven't done it in awhile, helps clean a little sludge out.
Me either, I dropped a cylinder after doing that.

there was a thread at CZ28.com people using the reccomended amount in their crankcase then shortly after the motor gets toasted, pull it apart and their oil is was like jello in certain parts.
caused problems form clogging oil sending units to spun bearings and such.
May be the minority, but I saw enough people to convince me its not worth the risk.
