    He should've had the car thoroughly checked out first top to bottom along with a car fax. Being naive and trusting is no excuse when you buy a car from ANYONE. Regardless, the solution is to definately keep all documentation on everything that has happened, costs,, ect and take them to court.

        wow. did you read the whole thing? guess not. he had it run on carfax, and looked at the car top to bottom before he bought it.

        maybe you should do a thorough check of a post before you say something didnt happen when it did?

              NO HE DID NOT DO A CARFAX. Someone else did it for him "after" he bought the car. But thanks for "trying" to correct me. Hence, my opinion still stands [img]tongue.gif[/img] :
