    Freaky story.

    Went over to my friends today after school cause he wanted to show me something. He told me he has a 24 year old retarted neighbor that lives w/ his parents and that he did something last night. I pull up and see this.

    Last night about 2am his mom woke him up cause she thought she heard a door slam. And she looked outside and saw fire. She dialed 911 and went outside w/ the rest of the family and saw that above. Turns out the retarted guy lit a rag on fire (as you can see in the gas tank).Turns out door slam was car blowing up. He then left and the fire department came and put it out and the cops saw him down the street in the family mini van he was revving the motor and trying to run over police. well they almost shot him (guns drawn). And finally got him out. Me and my friend talked to the other neighbor and she said that a couple months ago he tried to hook a car battery up to his head to get the "voices" out. Didnt work [img]smile.gif[/img] . Also my friend called the police another time b/c the retarted guy was in the mini van going 45mph down the street and pulling ebrakes in the cul-d-sac. Last but not least he killed his dog. What an interesting day in my fun filled neighborhood!

                I'm not sure that having voices in your head means you're retarded (or mentally handicapped, if you prefer). Sounds like there's a combination of issues here. In any case, I don't think it's worth discussion.
