Well, I'm a college student and due to recent events (being pulled over going 101 is one of them), I'm in need of some extra cash.

I already have full time job at the drug store. It doesn't pay tooooooooo bad, but it's not enough.

I'm looking for additional places to work. Where can a college student that has only retail experience find a job? Most retail jobs will hire you only for evening shifts, but I already work all evenings at my job.

So, I need daytime job, where I can work from morning til around 3-5pm. I was considering bank teller (used to work there), but it's a long process to get hired. I need ASAP. I was thinking pizza delivery, but I don't want to pay extra for commercial insurance.

I was considering car salesman, but the season right now is slow and I believe they require you to have clean driving record (lol yeah right)...

I was considering real estate, but I don't have $$$ to get a license right now, so it'll be posponed until I get out of debt.

The bottom line is: do you guys have any ideas where I can work mornings as temporary job?

Try shipping places as well, fex ex, ups, etc. They work like 4am-11am or something like that.

How are you going to go to class if you're working that much? lol

With Christmas comig up ... almost every store is going to have positions available ... mostly seasonal, but it seems that's all you're looking for. I'm sure most retail stores around you will have positions during the day. Especially with 'Thanksgiving Blitz' coming up (the day after Thanksgiving, I work at a store and thats what they call it).

Start filling out applications. You'll get something. If you have any Galyan's or Dick's Sporting Goods by ya, I know they are hiring! [img]smile.gif[/img] Good luck man ...

Porn hires. You could be fat, skinny, hot, ugly, tall, midget, etc.

Or...find a hardware chain or food distributor, such as Home Depot, Ace, Sam's Club, Costco, etc. Not sure what you have in terms of those in your area, but they seem to start at $10/hour pay in my area.

Step 2)Sell it on ebay.

Step 3) Profit.

So many people do that and pull in all kinds of cash.

Find a construction or engineering testing service. They hire college kids all the time to drive around, inspect construction sites, test concrete & count trucks. You don't need experience, the pay is decent & the hours are usually pretty flexable with unlimited overtime.

Get a part-time job on campus. That's what I did. I worked at the snack bar in the student center (register) and I also assisted handicapped students with their notes and getting them to class. Check student services, they usually post job openings.

hell go to UPS...we are starting to hire seasonal positions for Christmas..i think startin pay is like 9.50. and you would most likely be working early mornings.
