I hope you consulted a lawyer and got Microsofts ok to do this....
I'm sure Macintosh would love the chance to sue Microsoft due to Slander. And guess what if they go after Microsoft, guess who's coming after you. First off, I dont have to worry about any lawsuits. Know what your talking about first. Freesdom of speech allows me to say whatever I want. Now on the other hand, I can be sued ONLY if i deny to transfer over the domain to macintosh since that is a trademark. For the microsoft, you do not have to ask someone to link to thier page. But you DO have to ask someone if you want to use for instance an image off thier page . Anything that would use up thier bandwidth through your page would be "illegal"..
All im doing is having it forward to microsoft.com.. The same as you would forward an email almost...So Im in the clear...

MS invested a small amount of cash way back in 1997 (yes, that was a long time ago in the computer world) when Jobs took Apple back over. Now, IF, MS owned what you say they do, don't you think there would be a better "partnership" or even sharing of technology between the two if MS owned 25% of Apple. That alone would be a majority share holder in status and put Bill on the board of directors. But he is not, and MS does not own 25% stock in Apple.
I think this whole pissing match between the 2 is funny at this point. There is a place for both in this world and everyone has an opinion. I use both, but like my Apple as my personal choice... I'm sure other use both and prefer PC over mac....FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com Administrator
