well i ordered a poly tranny mount from these guys on March 20 and still havent received any parts so when I called them numerouse time they started telling me that the distributor they are using dosent have the part but if you dont have it by next week I will go and get one to you so I waited and nothing came so I called and he said he would talk to his distributor and get back to me and he did so he told me the distributor still dosent have any so he supposebly went to town and got one and he told me he would overnight it and send me a tracking number and guess what i didnt get  so personally i fell that waiting for about a monthwould be more than enough time, so if I ever get the part I will never order anything from them again, what is your guys opinion

I guess sh*t happens sometimes. I've never had a problem with ANY of the V6 sponsors though.

I must say, Matt at TSP was the coolest though. Only because of his Texan accent

My opinion is that you need to use some periods in your posts.

As for Full Throttle, I have yet to buy anything from them, but I can't recall one bad opinion from them yet. From what I can tell, everyone is very satisfied with them. Best customer service I have seen from any supplier of v6 fobdy parts today.

he only has 2 distributors if they are back order theres really not much he could do it's not him direcly

i had 2 wait 2 months for my WB guage both places was back ordered

he does NOT have a warehouse. when you oder he then sends the oder to the distributors (one in cali and on inthe east some where) if there out thats it you have to wait for it.

sucks sometimes but theres not really anything anyone can do

You say you ordered the part a month ago, but you also state this:
well i ordered a poly tranny mount from these guys on March 20
I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, but 20 days does not a month make... ;)

Also, please have some patience with companies. If he had a warehouse with a bunch of parts in it, sure, it would be faster but their overhead would be higher and cost more money to you in the end. My advice is to wait another day and then call again. After you do that, learn patience young grasshopper. :D

ok for one 20 days is 10 days from a month so let me specify "about a month" , is that better, and for two if you dont have the part then tell me and quit tellin me the it will be next day aired, and three if it is back ordered then you could also tell me that aswell so that this would all be avoided, as simple as that imop. If that is all the distributors he has thats fine but let me know dont tell me all these lies, and again let the customer know what is going on so that I can choose to keep my order or go somewhere else since I can get the part here in town but a little spendier but I would have it now............

To paraphrase you...

For one, you asked our opinions
For two, if he was overnighting it, what day was it and what time? If it was after 3pm (around-about) on a Saturday, a parcel wouldn't exactly be delivered on Sunday.

Calm down. You're acting like a 5 year old who was told no by his mommy. My guess is you're pretty young and have no idea how things work. I seriously doubt your car is in-op because of a tranny mount, so quit whining.

WTF? If I ordered a part and didn't get it in a month, I'd be pissed off too. He has every right to be pissed.

I'd say you're acting like a 5 year old who has to correct everyone. 20 days is close enough to a month.

Hey Matt, he's whining and you know it. Blow me. You want to deal with internet-based companies? You sometimes have to deal with inevitable backorders and slow shipping. It happens. I'm not condoning the lack of communication, that's pretty crappy in my mind, but sometimes these things happen.

Telling me that I'm acting like a 5 year old because this guy's impatient and I'm calling him out on it, yeah, that's clever. He asked our opinion, he got it and a bit of well-intentioned advice as well. I don't recall asking yours, however.

20 days is closer to a half-month than a full month, I'm sure most would agree.

The order was refunded to save on the hassle. I had the part here that I picked up locally and had it labeled and ready to ship to find out that a buyer complaint was issued on the company through Paypal. I would hate to wait that long also for a part, but as was mentioned above, we cannot help backorders and we only have the info that is given to us to work with. I deceided to pick the part up locally which actually was going to be a loss because the part I bought was more than your purchase price and then I was going to overnight it to you because you had waited so long. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you got the notification that you have received a refund at this point.

Finally, thank you to all the supporters. Over the past year, our customer base has multiplied many times over and I have personally made some good relationships and friendships with customers that are also on this board. I really do appreciate the support from everyone here.

As far as I am concerned, it's bound to happen. Doesn't matter how many people you make happy, there are ALWAYS some people that will not be happy. Cost of doing business.
