also the good thing is the noise wounldn't be as lound they can use stuff to asorb the noise in the biulding
i tored a nasa station and they accualy make noist to cancle out noise when test new jet engings for flying craft...... that place was sound proof as hell....... really sweet set up the had there too

you can counteract the noise by making other soundwaves out of phase, so when one wave is at its max peak, the canceling one is at it's minimum peak, and they average to zero. Physics is cool....well, not quite.
