  • Any tips for looking at a good shop to do a rebuild?

    Anyone got any?

also what would be some good stuff to stick back in my 3.8 to get it running like a little monster?

got flowmasters, new 180 Thermo.. K&N CAI..

Im thinking forged pistons so nitrous would be easier on it.. getting the hot cam from ZZPerformance because its good with N2O. umm getting some slight head work done. maybe bore it some. get the compression up a number or too. im not sure any suggestions.. Im thinking a V8 swap is just not worth it with everything I need. like rearend, springs insturment guage.. PCM all that..

I live in CA, I have no idea where a good shop in Kentucky would be.

I live WAY AWAY from them..

apperently my Oil Gear went down, and they think it might have damaged the mains because it didnt get oil through it. any questions I might be able too ask.. things to look for?

also when their putting stuff back.. what all should I do?
