  • Benefits of Being an F-body owner.

They've done studies on the benefits of being an attractive person and the results are solid that attractive people are treated better. I wouldn't be surprised if this idea carried over to cars as well.

Purchasing an F-body is like purchasing your membership in a club or something :D

Owned the car 5 days... things that have happened:
    - 4 year old kid dropped his jaw, stared at my car and followed it with his finger the whole time I drove by
    - Couldn't get on the highway... like 5 cars ignored me then a fellow black '97 'maro slowed down so I could get in
    - Had a little fun following an SS in the fast lane on the way to work today.
    - Mustang owner with dark tint slowed down and let me by... he started to roll down his windows but I gunned it becuase I was already 5-minutes late for a doctors appointment. :/
    - Tons of comments from my coworkers and friends... and it hasn't even been zainod yet! It has like crap on the front and stuff lol
    - Pulled up next to a white 'bird today at a light, gave him the thumbs up, we both laughed in our cars just enjoying our F-bodyness.

Dang... only 5 days. <_<... I can't wait for someone to pull up to race so I can rev my engine then have fun watching them peel off while I just sit there lol. Always wanted to do that.

          I have.

But the only drivers I ever see waving at each other are motorcycle drivers.

There's plenty of F body love around here too...

but plenty of V8, needlewank hatred too..

I revved at a TA to kind of give him the thumbs up, it was pretty nice looking...

so he slowed down, got behind me, and put his brights on. followed me with every lane switch...

not sure if its an f-body thing or not, but damn, driving my car, and my girlfriend's z24 is night and day... people seem to get out of my way, and bend to my will in the camaro, if I am in that Cavalier, holy hell, seems like I have to do everything I can to keep form getting run off the road.
