You try ebay? Thanks guys, I'll be sure to hit up 916Topherv6 :-D.

Jsut search ebay for Craftsman, Snap on may be better but craftsman is affordable and when one breaks you walk in and get if replaced, Snap-on is a little harder to find a place to replace it.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

Get Craftsman for you ratchet set and all that jazz, I posted a thread back in like june about starting a new tool box and got all the same replies from people.
Although I'll be the first to admit, my screwdrivers, pliers, some crescent wrenches and all the other random tools came from Harbor Freight. They've been holding up fine for me. I've used them all a good deal and had no problems with Harbor Freight tools. I love that store and definitely do recommend them as well. The craftsman warranty is nice though, just bring in the defective tool and it's replaced brandnew.AIM: Alientr8tr
1998 Camaro 3.8L
Flowmaster 80-series, !FRA, Eibach Springs, KYB AGX, SLP sway bars, 3.42/LSD, Wings West kit, Z06 Motorsports, Silverstone Metallic paint
Shift 5 - My Band

for all my good tools i get craftsman, but for those odds and ends, or for tools that i just plain cant afford to buy from sears, i go here:

not bad quality really, and the prices are unbeatable.

I brought in a thirty year old Craftsman screwdriver to Sears and also a rusty Craftsman backsaw (I left it under a palm tree for like six months - whoops). They replaced them no questions asked.
Also, the only brand of tape measure anyone should ever buy is Craftsman - those things are destined to wear out from use/abuse regardless of brand. Sears just keeps replacing them for me.I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

And get a REAL set fo Channel locks, don't get any knockoff brand including craftsman. REAL Channel locks is the only one I have used that hasn't resulted in smashed/bloody knuckles they sell them at home depot and lowes...
And seriously for craftsman check out ebay. I suggest get a nice big craftsman set fo screwdrivers, then hit up walmart and get 2 sets of the stanley(black and yellow) ones they are only like $3 a pop. Used the craftsman at normal times and use the stanley when you need to chisel, pry, bend or whatever with a screwdriver.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

Just a little FYI the harbor hand tools are great because they are cheap but carry the same warrantee sears does (i think you might need to keep the reciept but you can just scan it in and save it to the HD). Now i have had a few problems with some of their cheaper power tools but the slightly more expensive ones hold up great. Besides where else will you find a hydrolic Pipe bender for 70 bucks?2001 Arctic White Firebird With Black Drop Top

3:42 Gears
Zexel LSD
BMR upper A-Arms
Trans Am exhaust with 3\" I-pipe and cutout
Modified intake
Mecham Hood
Trans Go shift kit
Making rear control arms and panhard
