this is probably easy to get rid of, but for the life of me i can't do it. For some reason, my homepage continually resets itself to an advertising site. the address in my Internet Explorer bar says "about:blank". no matter how often i change the homepage, it always changes the homepage back to this page. i downloaded a few spyware/adware removers and blockers, but they didn't fix it. what do i have to do?

when u get rid of this hijacker.. i FULL RECOMMEND YOU DOWNLOAD MOZILLA FIREFOX. i put tha tin all caps for a reason. Had firefox for about 6 months now. scan for virus's and spyware weekly and im still yet to find ANYTHING on my computer.. all thanks to firefox96 Camaro M5. Yo, go to system restore if you have XP (accessories/system tools) and revert back to a time when you didnt have that ****. Maybe that will work.
