im using WinZip 9.0 beta, and i want to zip some of my family guy episodes i have on my computer (.avi and .mpg) to put on a CD. but when i do, the file size decreases by like 50 kilobytes, and doesnt help me at all. is it becuase .avi and .mpg are pretty much compact as it is, or is my zipping program sh*tty, or am i doing it wrong? ive seen people who zip their big racing videos and it decreases the size dramatically. any suggestions?

well when i rar'ed it it went from 227 MB to 221 MB, then when i tried to Zip te rar file it got bigger. 0_o oh well. i need to get that burner with the dual layer stuff that fit like 5 gigs on a cd.Comment
