Hmmm. I'd really have to go look through all my stuff and add it up.

$6000 in 02 with 92k
$3000 in rims,stereo, and tires
$2500 paint job and gfx
$1500 atleast in repairs

Thats like 12500, Im sure its higher then that plus that doesn't include how much it would cost to fix the things that are wrong now. Gets me from point A to B for now.

I just bought a 97 T/A tho, so I am keeping this as the beater to keep the miles off it. Plus I can't let it go, its my first car

I'v spent a lot of money on my Camaro probably about half of what I payed for it back in 2000 when I bought it. But by the time I'm totaly done fixing her up and making her look good I'll probably have spend well over 6 or 7 thousand. But I"m almost done just need new rims, tires, exhaust, system, appulstery. Hopfully I'll have it totaly done by the end of the year.

MISC:

Beer and pizza consumed while installing and uninstalling all of the above parts: 1 gazillion dollars!!

I prolly bought 2 grand in tools to install all that ****.

There is easily 150 bucks in wires, switches and relays from all the little experiments that failed.

60 bucks for a spare MAF that I cut up to make flow better (failed experiment)

triple gauge pod 54
3 gauges to fill it 80

I can't bring myself to total it all up. I would cry myself to death.

I paid 12,995 for the car in april of 2002. it had 36K on the clock. It currently has 82k, but the forged motor has about 15K and the rearend has about 30K. It isn't worth **** now.

just cut the fins out of the inside of the lid, and the fin on the opening... I noticed an increase but I did that, home depot smooth bellow mod, descreened MAF, and K&N filter all at the same time. Noticed a worthwhile increase.

I bought a spare lid, I still have my stocker.

Well, lets see:

Inital Car Cost: $7100 out the door, with 55k on the clock, in 2002.

Mods:

Flowmaster System : $250
Pacesetters : $225
SLP CAI : $90
1pc Drive Shaft : $35
Poly Tranny Mount : $20

$500 for Clutch, Gaskets and random parts when I pulled the engine.

So I'd say I've put in $1200 on top of the $7100 i paid for it.

I've got a guy looking to buy it right now for $6500, with 65k on the clock now.

I bought my 2001 Firebird 3.8L w/ full power, 3.42's, and Monsoon system in 2004 for about 14k out the door(3,000 down) w/ 29k miles on it and it now has about 52k.

Appearance: $0

Go-Fast Parts:
Jet Stage II- $265.94 w/ ship
K&N Filter- $56.87 w/ ship
MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor Wires- $67.43 w/ ship
SLP Loudmouth exhaust- $359.95 plus $125 for install
Hypertech 160* Thermo- 15.00 w/ ship
SLP CAI- $143.90 w/ ship
!MAF Screen- free
TOTAL: $1,034.09 in mods (I'm about to spend another $550 on complete MSD Ignition:DIS-4, Coil Interface Modules, and MSD Blaster Coils)

Maintenance: Busted transmission pan and filter- $200+ (hit a floor jack sitting in the middle of the road at about 35 mph)
oil and filters - not really worth counting

Not really sure how much it's exactly worth right now, but I really don't care because I plan on keeping it for a while and plan on spending about another $8-$10k in performance/appearance mods on it. I love this car!!
