Hello, this is my first post. I lurked on here for a while before the site was "remodeled" and now seeing the product of 1.5 weeks of downtime I must ask... this is it? A completely unmodified vbb board... one that didn't even take the time to fix the board logo into something halfway presentable?
I appreciate the effort, but I feel a little let down... I thought this was going to be something huge. :(
Its still a work in progress, considering the amount of emails the admins were probably getting from members going through withdrawl, they were kind enough to open it up as soon as they had a running version. Expect more soon. Im sure it took a ton of work to get it this far, which i personally think is a great improvement.
It's nice seeing new faces around here, but that attitude is not welcome. The admins take their own time to maintain order in the forum and on top of that they try to improve where they can. It's not like they are independently wealthy and can just sit around all day to give us whatever we want.
I don't mean to be rude and I agree the upgrades are indeed an step-up, but its like it made a jump from 1990 to 2000.
There are a lot of boards that use vBulletin BLLDOGG, and the good looking ones don't remind me of this board. I think Fred meant that it reminds him of LS1.com because of the stock blain look that LS1.com has.

admins are making sure everything works right as is before adding more content. It was a big transfer. TGO went from vBulliten 2.X to 3.X and had problems, do you really thingk going from on eprogram to a totally differnt one would happen w/o testing it first before throwing everything at it?
