Ok, my thoughts.

I think we should have user selectable color schemes.

As for signature pics, I vote yes with a definite size limit. Or maybe, 1500 posts or more to activate. If you don't like them you can turn them off.

Custom avatars, 1000 posts or more just like the old system.

PM's for sure, why not? I don't know really anything about servers and what not, but I'm guessing there is a legit reason.

How about custom user titles available to members with a certain number of posts? Not sure what you would put there, maybe something witty or humorous.

I REALLY liked the color scheme of the old boards. Maybe one similar would be nice.

I don't think that will be a issue w/the new board. Durring testing I noticed that when merging threads & deleting, the post count went down w/each. So obvious [post]whoring can be held in check w/the new tools available to mgmt.

another thing i noticed, is that you cant edit the title of your own threads after youve posted... thoughts on that? edit: apparently you can, nevermind. you have to "go advanced"

I like the new board. The color scheme is cool, and I am still figuring out the new features. I like the IM link under the names now, so if you want to contact someone you can. Multiple IM clients makes that tougher, but whatever. Other boards also don't have a "quote" feature which makes posts hard to read. I really like that about this board.

pics in .sigs clutters up the boards.
Erich should get his old name back. Don't add the post count though - it will go to his head.
