Ok, i just got one of those and i was just wondering whats so special about it? compared to the rest If anything? seems like it has some pretty weak mods personally but i havnt done much research on it, also anyone here have a ballpark estimate on how much total cost would be to upgrade ur engine and exhaust, no paint or body work ect.. perfomance only minus the nitros i wont be needing any of that haha. not yet anyway ;-)

btw sorry if im askin noob stuff, my first 2 vwhicles i owned was an 88 toyota corolla and a 98 suzuki sidekick so this 2002 camaro is a bit different i guess u could say lol. hmm anyway take it eZ :wavey:

I don't really think there is anything that makes it different from the other models. I have a 96' and just bought an 02'. 02's were suppose to be the best model though. I noticed it rides real nice and smoothe. Other than that, just the 35th anniversary badge and a few other options like the Monsoon system and leather, I guess.. just check for the gears and dual outlet exhaust.. that's about it.

      Re: 35th aniversery edition

Every 2002 had the 35th anniversary badge on the dash. There's no difference at all between 2001 and 2002 with the exception of the "35th Anniversary Chevrolet Camaro" badge instead of the standard "CAMARO" one.

Yeah, all 2002's have 35th anniversary. It doesn't mean anything. Just there to look pretty and make you feel special.

It is magical..... it has an extra 300 HP ;) You just need to find the 300 HP button.... it is somewhere in the car ;)

As for mods..... read up throughout the entire board... lots of good info to learn about

well i think it does ride smoother myself but also, 30 years down the road car collecters mite want the 35th anniversery edition just because thats what it is. you would be surprised anyway, my 2002 seems like it came with the minimum of minimum mods. plain seats, one exhaust very plain no chrome. only thing special was the anniversery edition rims. hmm anyway it is my first real car so thats that hah. after i pay it off ill buy another im sure, i just doing it for the style and to build credit back up.
