Here in San Bernardino, Calif. The highest I've seen belongs to Shell Gas Station:
87 = $3.05
89 = $3.16
91 = $3.27
The gas clerk looked at me in a funny way this morning when I said $14.00 on premium please. Yup, put 4 gallons on the bird. It should last me till tomorrow :*-(
I paid 2.70 a few days ago for 87, not sure what it is now.

Well, Exxon Moble is now the largest retailer in the World money wise, if I remember correctly.
I think they only had 100 billion in revenue in 05. So obviously they are hurting for money.
They say they raise prices because the cost of oil barrels is going up, which I know it is (i think like $67/barre now) but they are raises our prices much more that the barrels went up.
So basically I just pay all my gas with a credit card so I dont notice how much Im spending on gas anyways.
$40 to go 300 miles isn't all that bad is it? One tank should last like a week, and if it doesn't get a hybrid. If thats not your style start stealing $20 a week from work to help pay for it. The was I see it it's like giving yourself your own raise. Your boss doesn't care about you anyways so you mind as well F*** them while you can.
But yeah, gas prices suck but we just gotta deal with it. If people could do without it prices wouldn't be this high, be we can't so we must pay the price.
I just heard on the news that some Aliens sucked 3 oil fields dry and Saudi needed to raise the prices of Oil Barrels, man aint that crazy whats the world coming too... I bet Exxon has an excuse for anything and as long as the media says so we believe it DOAH!!! But as someone said in the prior msg it could be worse like in France or UK or anywhere over there....
