You lucky bastard! I had plans to head down this Friday, but my buddy got screwed into working. No one else can go, and I won't go by myself so, hah, no show for me.

I sooooooooooooooo wanted to bring my dig camera!

I have no where to put it.... and I'll be meeting and greeting people all day/ evening... I don't want to have a huge buldge in my suite jacket.... it would look weird. I could put it in my pants pocket though

I wish I could find the time to go down this year. Only takes me 30 mins from work to get there, but no time this year.

Jeep has a 4 door wrangler at the show this year. Man, I hope that makes it into production.

I saw one on the road, I don't know if it was a kit somone did or the concept vehicle but its fugly.

I have seen pics of the concept (not sure if that's what you saw. you likely saw some kit or something). I thought it looked pretty cool.

We invited about 200+ select AMG customer's to see a private pre show tonight.

We have 3 AMG63 models (All over 500 HP) and an AMG65 (over 600 HP) that we are showing off. Some SUV's with over 500 HP will be shown :) We will be officially unveiling the E63 world wide tonight to them.

AMG = Mercedes-Benz high performance division

Should be lots of fun. I'm leaving for work at 9... get out of the office around noon... head to nyc... and work till 10 or 11? Sigh..... I won't have a place for my camera :(

We will have free reign of the auto show so I CAN'T wait! I've worked the ny auto show before but this is even cooler :)

Yawn.... I hate being up this early! Good thing is, my press pass gets me in free for the entire length of the auto show So I may go back.

Off to work now!

So I ended up going there. I went on Friday because some of us aren't lucky enough for a press pass... ;) Anyway I went to the Benz area and snooped around to see if you were there, then I realized I couldn't remember what you looked like anyway, so I pretty much said lost cause, lol.

Nice show though. I'd even say it seems bigger than the Detroit show.

I met several cool people.... even the owner of that show, unique whips ;)

Many top level exec's (owns multiple slr's and amg's etc)

Fell in further love with the challenger.

I went back friday w/ the woman.
