Street racers somewhere get blocked off big time with no escape. They tried raming a fence to get out and no luck. All drivers get $280 tickets with 8 points. All Passengers get $90 ticket.

The "escape" was kinda funny and I'm really surprised they didn't have more cops waiting down the street just for something like that to happen.

I don't think that their intention was to catch everyone or they wouldn't have had people freely waiting for 3 hours.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they were given the no chase order during the briefing before the bust..
