Is it even safe to drive around with those tires. What if you have to make quick lane changes or go an semi-circle off ramps.

In a straight line its actually a better ride.. You hit hardly anything on the road anymore cause you go from well in my case a 245 tire to a 165 tire.. Braking above 45mph in dry weather is a little scary.. You cant slam on the brake because you could bend the front wheels.. so I just put 5-10 cars between me and the car in front of me when I ran the skinnies on the firebird.. Turning is pretty bad also but its not as bas as it is in my 88 cavy.. Now the real scary part of driving with skinnies is in wet weather.. above 35 you have no brakes whatsoever.. The 1st weekend I had them on the car I drove up to Jersey and it started to down poor in Delaware off RT 1 by the airforce base and rained the rest of the way up to exit 4 on the turnpike.. I thought I was going to die..Thats why I never ran the skinnies on the car all the time like some people around my area..

I have:
my mickey tie
looney tunes tie (all of them on it)
pinky and the brain (i don't wear it that often)

Work tends to be.... somewhat serious.... why not express myself :)

Actually, my skinnies (bf radial tires) were pretty damn good in the rain.

My moroso ds2's will probably be absolutely horrible!

Did you run the skinnies before you started removing weight from the front of the car?? My car weighed 3340 with the skinnies..

I've had the skinnies for many years.... over the years weight has come out.

I don't remember what the weight was when skinnies were added to the mix.... I would guess in the 31XX to 32XX range

well I had the prostars 15by3 1/2 with 165 pep boy tires on the front.. the braking in the rain sucks!! in dry weather it alright but in the rain it was horrible.. After my trip back from Jersey I took off the skinnies and put my stock 16 inch rims back on the front.. thats the way I drove my car around except for going to the track or to car shows.. I had the stock chrome 16's up front with the 15 by 10.5 weld prostars in the back..
