In a straight line its actually a better ride.. You hit hardly anything on the road anymore cause you go from well in my case a 245 tire to a 165 tire.. Braking above 45mph in dry weather is a little scary.. You cant slam on the brake because you could bend the front wheels.. so I just put 5-10 cars between me and the car in front of me when I ran the skinnies on the firebird.. Turning is pretty bad also but its not as bas as it is in my 88 cavy.. Now the real scary part of driving with skinnies is in wet weather.. above 35 you have no brakes whatsoever.. The 1st weekend I had them on the car I drove up to Jersey and it started to down poor in Delaware off RT 1 by the airforce base and rained the rest of the way up to exit 4 on the turnpike.. I thought I was going to die..Thats why I never ran the skinnies on the car all the time like some people around my area..
