There are a few things you can do if the manager blows you off..

you can report the gas station to the BBB, or you can contact your commissioner, which then they will have to be sent out to recalibrate the pump, which will cost the station some nice cash.

The gas station really doesn't control the pumps, the state/locals government does.

yikes... I know my girlfriend goes there alot... I try and stick to my BPs...

one thing most BPs have over most other gas stations, is they offer free air compressors :) Which wouldn't be that big of a deal if most gas stations nowadays didn't cost $0.75 nowadays.

I've put in 16.5 gallons in my tank frequently - and I know the car is almost dr, so 17.56 is impossible. I'd start eith the station owenr and give him a chance - then startmaking noise.
