After three interviews, which was actually seven interviews since the first interview consisted of a programming test, and then 4 invidual one-on-one interviews with various people in management, I was offered a position.
Looks like it's going to be a good fit. I'll be doing .NET development in C# and also some PHP work. Some Oracle development. Basically what I've been doing for the past six years, only for a larger company with better pay and better benefits.
I'll be putting in more hours than I'm used to, but the salary is really quite good and the benfits are awesome. Fully paid medical, dental, 401k with some matching, year-end performance bonuses, free parking (a huge plus in downtown Albany where parking can cost up to $15 per day ($300 / month!) in a garage.
Good stuff.
