That's not surprising. When I was down in Mexico I couldn't walk 10 feet without being offered cocaine. We got in a taxi and before he asked us where we were going he offered us blow.
this will solve the whole immigration problem, its like a trade, we get a bunch of hard working mexicans, they get all our drug addicts. and finally a balance is found. haha :D
also we'll save on gas, cause you can get like 20 mexicans in 1 car. jeez i guess all our problems are solved.

i honestly wouldnt expect much of a difference compared to what it is like now. If you're going to do drugs, you're going to do drugs regadless if they are legal or illegal. However, they don't have to be as smart or careful about it now. I believe their logic is in the right place to just focus on the large quantities and trafficing. If the U.S would take measures to make personal quantities decriminalized, they could focus more of their attention on the dealers and traffiicing, save tax money for other projects, and they could create a smaller budget all together for their whole "war on drugs". I believe it is only a matter of time before more states in the U.S do this. It will never be a national law, but i believe the states will recognize the issue. (I disagree with their decriminalization of cocain, heroin, and meth though.....thats retarded)
I feel the same way about the coke, meth, and herion ^^^^
Those drugs are hardcore and highly addictive. If the US were to legalize some drugs and distribute them (so they could tax them) i'm sure we'd be out of debt in no time
