      Holland, Portugal, and Switzerland have similar laws/enforcement policies which effectively legalize possession of small amounts for personal use.

      Whether or not that made the drug situation in those countries better or worse is a topic that is hotly debated.

              Clinton inherited a strong economy. He just didn't mess it up.

              Few presidents have been successful at "creating" a strong economy. Reagan and FDR come to mind. Slick Willy is not even close to their league.

                        Where you going? When I was down there people would offer you a beer, then pot, then blow. If you want something it wouldn't be hard to find anyway. Just remember how shaddy the people who are offering are and be careful if you do partake. I don't do any drugs, but one of the funnest things about mexico is you can bribe your way into whatever you want. So haggle, grease some palms, and have a good time!
