  • Anybody seen this month's High Perf. Pontiac mag?

There's a section in there where the 1993-1997 TA could have been a Supercharged 3.8 V6.

They've almost done it too and they've made a number of prototype TA that has this. They did this in case the emission gets tighter and the V8 couldn't comply.

Anyway, the final SC 3800 s. II V6 made in 1996 put out 305hp with only 8psi. They said the car would be quicker than the V8 TA because it is lighter.

Very good reading. I'll buy it next time I go to the store.

Although it will be faster than the v8 stock, I bet it has less protential.

Yeah, its obviously old news since it was a concept in NINETY-THREE, its just an interesting article and something a lot of people probably didn't know about.

They should build a roots type supercharger for the 3.4.

Yeah, it is old news. It's been around since '94. I've first seen it in GM High Perf. too.

It's just good info for others. I wish this could have been another option for F-body. Imagine the possibilities. 11 sec. V6 just like the much heavier GTP's.

ummm, there used to be one. One may even still be for sale, search the classifieds for Fageol. Of course, making it work w/ sfi is gonna be your problem.
