Good call on it not being an F1 car. It almost has to be an older penske car. Word on the street (the internet) is the house belongs to Ron Cadwell. He owns a hosting company and a payment processing company.
If I had to guess on the Indy car, it is a Penske car, that is for sure. Early 90's, probably about a 91 or so. Might have been the car that Mears drove.

That's an awesome car collection, but It's a waste for that guy to have all those cars, how can he appreciate them all? I want to have a few cars and a big garage myself, but isn't owning 10 Lamborghinis a bit of an overkill? The value of one of those Lamborghinis could feed a lot of African kids for a year at least, and he probably wouldn't even notice if it was stolen out of his garage. BTW, anyone notice the '69 Camaro pace car? That's a rare one!
