I'm not positive, but I'm thinking it might be legal to give employment preference to someone who's multilingual. It's something based on ability to perform a job, not just a race. Not that I agree with it, but that's just my assumption and I could be wrong too. That's why I like NAPA autostore. They've got some pretty knowledgeable about a lot of stuff. Plus they are the ones that get the parts and delivered to the mechanics around the area.
