I really ought to find some car shows around here... not to participate in of course (unlike some people i actually have to drive my car :p), but they're usually pretty fun :)

first show in 4 years i didnt place in. :eek:

lost to a 06 C6 convertible, a 05 Viper, and a 05 mustang. "domestic class".

there were only 6 classes.

/excuses :naughty:

the trophy collection is getting too big anyway :banana:

I want to marry that blown C5. You're car is looking nice as always. Was there anything actually done to the C6, viper, and mustang that beat you? If they were fresh off the dealer lot thats pretty lame that they placed higher.

Tell me they weren't straight stock and beat you out....

yes 100% stock. it was judged my the students at the highschool :wavey: the mustang was funny. the kid's dad drove it straight from the dealership to the car show.

Dude, thats BS... I can't stand when people bring new stock cars to shows, let alone actually get votes with it. You just dropped 30k - 80k on a brand new car! Here's a trophy!!! :slap:

what i found really ironic/suprising, is that yellow corvette was in my class, and he as well did not place, while the brand new stock cars did.

yep. if youre going to car shows for the 3 foot plastic trophies, you probably shouldnt be going.
