i am just curious .... import car usually doesn't have big displacement....usually they tend to keep the displacement less with maxed-out output...(i.e. honda/ acura 3.0 240 hp, 2.7l v6 etc.etc.) ... why such a big displacement (3.8)? anyone knows....

I notice too that Hyundai Azera 3.8 that has 263hp derives from Mitsubishi engine.

But the engine was over rated. From what I've heard, their 3.8 is only rated at 250's hp and not 260's.

I like big butts, but that thing has too much junk in the trunk for me. I'm also still pissed they made a FD RX-7 bow down to it in a commercial when they first came out. The new eclipse dreams it could be an 1/8 of the car the FD is.
